Annual memberships run over a 1 July to 30 June financial year period.

To renew your membership, follow this link to log in to your Book a Court account, click your name in the the top right corner of the page. Scroll down to "Profile" and follow the links to renew your membership.

How to join

Read these steps before starting your membership journey:

Annual memberships run over a 1 July to 30 June financial year period. New memberships during the financial year are charged on a pro-rata basis, and start from the date your membership is activated. This is instant if paying via credit card, and up to a week later if paying another way.

Ready to join!

If you've read the How to join section and are ready to complete your membership. This is done through the external site (play.tennis.com.au/WestBrunswickTennisClub/Membership/Join).

Remember: Be sure to have a designated team to join first prior to paying for competition membership.

What are the benefits of membership?

Membership carries the right to use the courts at reduced rates, to participate in team competition (when a team membership is selected) and accident insurance. Membership also includes other benefits such as participation in club events and activities. Members are able to book courts one day ahead of non-members.

Membership categories

These fees are for the current season of 23/24. The membership dates are from 1/07/2023 through to 30/06/2024. All fees are liable to change and are superseded by those fees listed on your actual membership page on tennis.com.au.

General rules and obligations

Below are the general rules and obligations that are expected of all members and users of the courts and facilities at West Brunswick Tennis Club (WBTC).

  1. Comply with the West Brunswick Tennis Club Code of Conduct.
  2. No eating, drinking (except water) or chewing gum on court.
  3. No glass on court.
  4. We are a smoke free environment. No smoking or vaping anywhere in the club facility.
  5. No pets permitted on the court surface.
  6. No scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates or bicycles permitted on the court surface.
  7. Proper tennis footwear only to be worn on courts.
  8. Only umpires and players allowed on court during play.
  9. No offensive behaviour (swearing, tantrums, abuse etc).
  10. Social play only unless it is club approved competition play.
  11. Ensure gates are closed after play.
  12. Compliance with club and association instructions in regards to any public health laws (eg. COVID-19).
