Booking rules & conditions
How to book a court
- Click on the Book to Play Tennis button above
- The link/button redirects you on a new window or tab to our play.tennis.com.au page
- If you're a WBTC member, please ensure you sign into to your play.tennis.com.au account to access member rates for court hire (see the top right corner menu).
- Click “View Schedule” to select specific courts or book further ahead than tomorrow.

Cancellation and bad weather
If you need to cancel the booking for personal or weather reasons, you can do so up to an hour before the booking start time. You will receive a refund automatically.
If you are not able to attend your booking, you should cancel it by logging back into the system at least 1 hour before the booked time.
Click on “My bookings” and cancel. Any booking fee will automatically be refunded for cancellations at least 1 hour before the booked time.

Each Sunday we run a free social hit at the club, which is open to both members and non-members (limited visits).
