2025 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the West Brunswick Tennis Club Inc. will be held on Sunday 16 November 2025 commencing at 11:30am in the clubrooms.

Members and guests are welcome. Please note that only current financial members at the time of the Annual General Meeting are eligible to vote.

Please also seriously consider nominating yourself for election to the committee.

Agenda as follows:
– To confirm minutes of last Annual General Meeting held on 24 November 2024.
– To receive and accept the 2024-25 Annual Report (President).
– To receive and accept the 2024-25 Financial Report (Treasurer).
– Election of general committee the club committee members (13 maximum, of which up to 6 will be appointed as office bearers at the first new committee meeting).
