How do I go about booking a court?
- Click on the button above or the following link Book to Play Tennis
- Click “View Schedule” to select specific courts or book further ahead than tomorrow.
- Members can book 4 days in advance (including the current day).
- Non-members can book 3 days in advance (counting the current day).

Booking conditions
Courts can be booked in 1/2 hour blocks, to a maximum of 90 minutes. Maximum of one booking per day. Members can bring guests at no additional charge. A sensor determines when the lights come on. The lights will only come on if you've put your booking code into the entry keypads.
During competition season (Feb to May and Aug to Nov) all courts are booked for competition on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 7-10pm, most Friday nights from 7-9:30pm, and Saturday mornings from 7:30-12pm.
During term times, up to 4 courts are booked between 4pm and 7pm for coaching.
Cancellation and bad weather
If you realise it is going to rain and/or need to cancel the booking, you can do so up to an hour before the booking start time. You will receive a refund automatically.
If you are not able to attend your booking, you should cancel it by logging back into the system at least 1 hour before the booked time.
Click on “My bookings” and cancel. Any booking fee will automatically be refunded for cancellations at least 1 hour before the booked time.

Help and FAQs
Sunday social tennis
Each Sunday we run a free social hit at the club, which is open to both members and non-members*.
Social starts at 9:30 and runs until 12:30. We rotate sets of doubles across 4 courts to ensure everyone gets a chance to have a hit.
- All levels welcome.
- BYO tennis racquet.
*Non-members have a limit of 4 sessions. We welcome you to trial the club and meet other players to decide if our club is a good fit for you.
Onsite construction works
Please do not access the construction area, and take care when moving near temporary fencing.
Due to the construction works, courts 7 & 8 are not available for public bookings at night.
Access to courts 1-6 is through the gates in between the two blocks of courts. Access to this area from in front of the clubrooms is via the Clifton Park side of the courts.
