Play commences at 7pm with the competition run over 14 consecutive weeks (excluding public holidays) plus finals. Each player plays three doubles sets (one set with each member of their team), with games held alternatively at home or away venues. The home team supplies a supper for all players to enjoy post-game (although this has been optional this season).

WBTC currently have 11 Womens teams, 10 Mixed teams and 10 Mens teams with teams covering a wide range of playing abilities.
