WBTC Covid-19 Safety Procedures

To minimise the risks of spreading the Covid-19 virus,
the following safety rules must be adhered to:
  • Only social play (maximum of 4 players per court) and coaching (in groups of 6 or less per court) is permitted.
  • If you are feeling unwell, you should not attend the club.
  • Players should get in, play and get out as quickly as possible.  You should refrain from touching common surfaces as much as possible and only use the toilet if absolutely necessary.  The club rooms will not be open at any time.
  • Ensure you maintain social distancing of 1.5m as you enter and exit the club and at all times while on the club premises.
  • Only playing attendees are permitted.  Supporters or accompanying family members / friends cannot attend the club.
  • You must bring your own water bottle (already full) and not share water bottles with anyone else. The water fountains at the club have been turned off.
  • You must use hand sanitiser before and after touching pinpads, gates and other common surfaces.  Please ensure you have some in your tennis bag at all times.  The club is also supplying sanitiser at the gates.
  • Avoid touching your face while playing and cover your coughs and sneezes with your elbow.
  • Please record who you are playing with for every booked session and ideally use the COVIDSafe app so that we have a record of who is attending the facility.  The player booking the court will be recorded in the Book a Court system but you are obliged to keep records of your fellow players for potential tracing ability.
